About Us
Carib Bean Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster based on a hilltop overlooking Falmouth Harbour on the island of Antigua. We source the finest speciality coffee from around the Caribbean Basin as well as other exotics and small batch roast them daily.
It’s our Sivetz Fluid Bed Roaster, otherwise known as ‘The Bean Machine’. Most companies roasting coffee nowadays are using the traditional drum roasters. These machines introduce hot air into their roast chamber, where the beans then tumble and touch the hot surfaces to roast.
The Sivetz system uses pure convective heat transfer, which is more effective, gentle, and consistent than traditional drum roasting. AND… we roast to order, so your coffee delivery will contain freshly roasted coffee every time!

Whilst our main focus is on wholesaling our coffee and supporting businesses that wish to serve the best coffee they can, we also invite you to visit the roastery, sit and enjoy the view whilst sipping on your favourite cup of Java made with our signature espresso blend ‘Primo Espresso’. (A favourite of many hotels and restaurants across Antigua and neighbouring islands.
